Hi! Thanks for setting up this forum! I'm new to the whole OCR world. The Sacramento Sprint last fall was my first Spartan race. I convinced three friends who had never done anything like this to train and we become a team. We were so afraid that we wouldn't even finish but when we jumped the fire together and got our medals, we felt like we'd just done something really special. Now we're gearing up for the Sacramento Super in November and I am nervous! I am not a runner--never even done a 5K fun-run--so the idea of running 8-10 miles has me a bit freaked out. But this Spartan racing has given us focus and something to strive towards and I am so excited! I look forward to hearing from more experienced racers!

Dont worry there are a lot of people in the OCR world who feel like you do and we all stand up and support each other thats what makes the OCR community so awesome. Feel Free to create your own introduction thread and introduce your self. Include and area your from that way others know and can connect with you locally.
